MBIA's Commercial Securitization Group provides credit enhancement to support domestic and international Commercial Real Estate CDOs and pools of real estate debt securities, both domestic and international in origin.
Underlying collateral may include a mix of CMBS CUSIP securities, REIT debt, B-notes, mezzanine, bank and whole loans. Collateral may consist of cash or synthetic assets, or a combination of the two. Liability structures can be funded or unfunded, depending upon the needs of the issuer.
