In compliance with federal law, MBIA has established a procedure for you to report
complaints related to accounting, financial reporting and fraud concerns anonymously.
The MBIA Alert Line also may be used to report complaints or concerns relating
to potential violations of law or regulation that govern MBIA’s business activities,
MBIA’s Standard of Conduct or a lapse in business ethics.
MBIA has engaged Global Compliance Services (GCS) a third party service provider,
to set up and maintain a telephone hotline that you can use to report these complaints. To

The MBIA Alert Line is staffed
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All calls can be made anonymously,
if you wish to do so you can give your name. No information such as caller ID
or voice recordings is used to identify a caller and provided to MBIA.
